Let's Encrypt is a non-profit certificate authority that provides free X.509 certificates for TLS encryption through an automated process designed to replace the current complex process of manually creating, verifying, signing, installing and updating certificates for secure websites.

This certificate is required if you want to set up access to your site using the HTTPS secure protocol.

To install the certificate, you need to go to Billing of your order, section Sites → Create Site.

Note! If you have enabled HTTPS, you may need to edit the content or set up a redirect for the site.

To configure a redirect from domain to domain or from one page of the site to another, go to Site → Configure redirects.

If the domain has already been added via cPanel, you need to add it to our DNS panel and specify the hosting IP address.

To do this you need to enter Personal Area → DNS click on Add Domain and enter in the field Name of your domain linking it to IP order hosting.

You will find the hosting IP in the Sites section of your order, select the desired domain and click on Request reissue.

Changes on root DNS can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 days.

Note! If you have enabled HTTPS, you may need to edit its content or set up a redirect for the site.

To configure a redirect from domain to domain or from one page of the site to another, go to Site → Configure redirects.

Mixed content errors occur when the main HTML content of a web page is loaded over a secure HTTPS connection and additional elements (images, videos, style sheets, scripts) are loaded over an unsecured HTTP protocol. This increases the vulnerability of the site and makes it less user-friendly.
