Managing your S3 Storage order

Key features and actions for your S3 storage in the Fornex dashboard.

S3 storage is object-based cloud storage designed for any type of data: documents, images, videos, backups, archives, and more. Access is provided via HTTP/HTTPS using unique URLs. Data is stored as independent objects with keys and metadata, organized into globally unique buckets.

Once your S3 storage order is created, manage it directly in the S3 section of your personal dashboard.

Renewing your order

Extend your subscription for any period.
Select the order, choose the desired duration, and click “Pay”.

Increasing storage volume

Change your current storage size at any time.
Select the Change plan option, pick the new volume and confirm payment.

Connection parameters

This section shows all the details you need to connect to your bucket:

  • Server (Endpoint URL)
  • Access key ID
  • Secret access key
  • Bucket name

Additional options

  • Rename order — change the display name in your dashboard
  • Add tag — assign tags for easier grouping and filtering
  • Transfer order — move the storage to another Fornex account.

  • Cancel order — disables auto-renewal. Remaining balance is not charged automatically.
    To fully terminate the order and request a refund for unused days, create a ticket in support.

Note

Canceling does not delete your data immediately — it remains available until the end of the paid period.
