How quickly will my server be ready?

Our VPS, web hosting, and other virtual services are activated almost instantly — usually within a couple of minutes after payment. Dedicated servers are set up within a day, but for complex configurations, it may take up to 5–7 days or more. The rental period starts only after activation. If the wait is longer than expected, contact us — we’ll help or refund you.

Whose equipment do you use?

All equipment is fully owned by us, ensuring complete control and 24/7 physical access. This allows us to respond instantly to any technical issues. Can’t find a suitable plan? We’ll build a custom server for you.

Where is my server located?

When you order a server, we always specify the country where it’s hosted. We work only with trusted data centers that ensure stability and fast traffic delivery. You can view the full list of data centers on our website.

How do you handle abuse complaints?

In today’s world, it’s impossible to monitor every page of a site, especially when thousands of people are involved in a project. We understand this and respond to complaints reasonably, giving 12 to 48 hours to resolve the issue. However, keep in mind that we don’t offer abuse-resistant hosting and do not support projects that receive frequent complaints.

Why don’t you take calls?

We focus on delivering high-quality support and handle all requests through our ticket system. This allows us to keep a clear record of all communication, avoid misunderstandings, and resolve issues efficiently. Rest assured, we respond to tickets very quickly.

Is your support available 24/7?

Yes! We’re here for you 24/7/365 — you can open a ticket at any time.

Do you work with businesses?

Of course! You can find our company details on the contacts page. We can sign a contract or work under a public offer, issue invoices, and provide any other required documentation.

What is the minimum payment period?

The minimum period is 1 month. Please note that we work on a prepaid basis, but if you cancel your order within 7 days, we’ll refund your payment.

Can I test my order before paying?

You can read more about the test period conditions here. Payment is still required — this helps us prevent abuse from unreliable clients.

How can I test my site without linking it to an IP address?

How many orders can I place?

There are no limits — you can even create multiple copies of a single order at once, and we also offer an API to help automate service management. If you’re planning a really large purchase, contact us: we’ll offer you better terms and assist with the process.

Why are prices shown in euros (€)?

It’s simple: we’re a European company by origin, so euros are used by default for billing. However, we accept various currencies, and for your convenience you can choose the display currency on our website.

Which content is not allowed on your servers?

A short list of prohibited items:
— malware
— IRC servers, phishing
— scanners, proxy tools, proxies
— VPN services
— torrent software and trackers
— anything illegal under the laws of the server’s location
— game servers (PW, WoW, Lineage, etc.)

Can I host adult websites?

Yes, but only if they are hosted on VPS or dedicated servers and the content fully complies with the laws of the server’s country. Any prohibited material, such as child pornography, will result in immediate suspension of the order and we will forward all available information to law enforcement.

Do you have your own NS servers?

Of course. After placing an order, you can point any number of domains to our NS servers in the DNS section. Our NS servers are located in different data centers for redundancy and geographic distribution. You can read more about working with DNS in our knowledge base.

In which currency can I pay for my order?

Any of the currencies available on our website. We used to operate in euros by default, but now we support several currencies. This depends on your profile’s country and the payment method you choose. Please note that if you pay in a currency different from the selected one, the payment system may convert it at the current exchange rate.
