What's the server deployment time?
Our virtual servers (VPS) are deployed almost immediately — just 1-2 minutes after payment. Dedicated servers (DS) usually take one business day to activate, but during peak times or with custom setups, it might extend up to 5-7 days. Billing starts only after your server is active. Experiencing delays? Contact us, and we'll sort it out or process a refund.
Who owns the equipment?
We fully own our equipment, granting us total control and 24/7 physical access. This enables us promptly address any technical issues. Didn't see a plan that fits? We'll assemble a server customized for you.
Where are your servers located?
When you order a server, we always indicate the server's country of residence. We carefully select only the most trusted Data Centers (DCs) to guarantee stable, high-speed traffic delivery. All new equipment is placed in our 6 DCs.
How do you handle abuse reports?
With Web 2.0, overseeing every site page is nearly impossible, especially with thousands contributing to a project. We're ready for this, so we handle complaints calmly, giving 12 to 48 hours for resolution. However, please note that we are not an "abuse-proof" hosting service and don't support projects with frequent complaints.
Why phone support is unavailable?
To maintain high service standards, we use our internal ticket-system of requests for communication. This ensures all interactions are documented, preventing miscommunication and enabling prompt issue resolution.
How does tech support work?
We operate 24/7/365! Complete server management and monitoring (paid service) are provided nonstop via our ticket system.
Do you work with legal entities?
We are always happy to work with legal entities, but please consider that our company is registered in Spain, meaning contracts are made with a foreign legal entity operating a bank account here. We neither have nor intend to establish a subsidiary in Russia.
What is the minimum payment period?
One month, to be paid in advance.

How can I test my website functionality without linking the order to an IP address?

How many servers can I order?
There's no limit! However, for large orders we recommend contacting our support team. This way, we can promptly coordinate timelines and offer attractive volume discounts.
Why are the prices in euros (€)?
As we are a European company all prices are in Euros.
What content is prohibited on your servers?
Our policies forbid hosting:
- Scanners, proxy-checking services, proxies
- VPNs (including OpenVPN)
- Torrent-clients and trackers
- Malware
- IRC-servers & phishing sites
- Any content violating EU laws
- Additionally, hosting game servers (e.g., PW, WoW, Lineage, etc.) is not allowed on VPS.
If you're unsure about specific content, please contact our support team. Violations will result in server deactivation without refund. For more info, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Is adult websites hosting allowed?
Hosting such content on VPS and DS is allowed, provided it fully complies with EU legislation. Any prohibited material, notably child pornography, will result in your server being blocked and will prompt us to report on the incident to law enforcement bodies for prosecution.
Do you have your own NS servers?
Yes we do. Once your order is completed, you can access DNS section to add as many domains as you need to our NS servers, located in different DCs.
What currency do you accept for payments?
Although you can browse prices in different currencies, all payments are settled in euros (€). Please note that the final server cost in your local currency may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
Do you help with migration?
Absolutely, we help all new customers to migrate their projects seamlessly from the old hosting to the new one.
