Thanks to your feedback we introduce a tag-based system for flexible order management and "Projects" feature to group orders. Now you can easily manage your equipment right from your personal account. Servers and resources administration is now more straightforward, user-friendly, and efficient.

Tags - simple yet powerful labels - let you define access policies for servers based on roles, departments, or projects. Here’s how tag-based access works in practice:

- Flexibility and convenience: Access is assigned to groups of servers, not individuals. For instance, only DevOps engineers can access servers tagged #DevOps.

- Automation: New team members get instant access when assigned to a tag, such as server groups from different orders.

- Security: Reduced risk of human error and clear access control. Tags allow you to grant access to specific employees to relevant orders while restricting others. Remember to keep passwords updated!

Management of a large number of projects and equipment can become challenging. That’s why we’ve introduced the "Projects" feature to simplify orders grouping.

Create projects tailored to your business needs, customizable by:

- Company location

- Company/Holding name

- Business activities, etc.

Projects can be expanded by adding new orders, created from templates of previous ones, or deleted by transferring equipment to other projects. There are no limits on the number of projects in your account, and you can add comments and labels for better organization.

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that simplifies upgrading your dedicated server. Now, you can easily view and compare upgrade options, adjust configurations, and submit your request directly from the order page — no more back-and-forth discussions about prices!

With this feature, you can:

- add a second CPU (if supported)
- increase RAM, with more options if a second CPU is installed
- add extra drives, based on compatibility

Pricing is displayed clearly, automatically adjusted by your billing period, and once submitted, our team will handle the physical upgrades. It's a faster, easier way to tailor your server as your needs grow.

The list of our services now includes VPS on processors with ARM architecture. The main advantage of these CPUs is energy efficiency, which allows you to build virtual machines with a large number of cores at a lower cost. We recommend you to try and evaluate the possibilities. You can create a plan in configurator. Those CPUs are well-proven for tasks of modeling and development of engineering systems, web services and messengers, as well as data storage and processing with machine learning.

You can order a VPS on ARM with Ubuntu 22.04 preinstalled (you can also add Hestia CP) or upload your own ISO image with any Linux distribution for ARM. The list of available operating systems will be constantly growing. Please note that on VPS with ARM there is no support for Windows, as well as automatic or manual migration of projects from standard VPS or dedicated servers based on Intel (x86_64) is not available (due to differences in the architecture of the CPUs themselves).

Since not all software has been adapted for ARM yet, popular software may behave unpredictably or not work at all. In this regard, we have extended the full money back guarantee for VPS on ARM to 15 days. And also prepared a promo code ARMEDVPS15, which gives a 15% discount for the first 6 months.

If your VPS still won't be powerfull enough, we recommend you to try our ARM-based Ampere dedicated servers.

From now on you can restrict access to your account by setting up your personal IP whitelist, thereby increasing your account security. This feature is available in the security settings of your dashboard. Click "Enable Whitelist" and add IP addresses you trust to prevent intruders from accessing your account, even if they somehow manage to obtain your login and password.

You can set both separate IP addresses and whole subnets (this might be interesting for companies). If your team is quite big, fill in a comment to an IP address to see whom each one belongs to. In the same section, you can access the history of the last visits, as well as the rejected login attempts.

Be careful, because once filtering is enabled, it cannot be turned off from a device with an untrusted IP address. We recommend this feature for advanced users in combination with two-factor authentication.

We have updated the operating systems list supported for installation on dedicated servers and VPS. As well we have added new versions for some of the OS.

To be precise, Windows Server 2022 is now available for setup. Please note that you can order it on VPS starting from Cloud NVMe 3 plan. The new version got new secure features and performance upgrades (more the official website). 

Among the Linux OS besides Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS we now support AlmaLinux, OracleLinux, RockyLinux and Fedora.

Recurring payments with bank cards are available again in your dashboard! This was the final step of our integration with Stripe payment system, and we hope it made our service more convenient. Like before, on first payment our website will offer you to save your card for futher recurring payments. Have doubts? No problem, you can manage your cards and recurring payment settings later in your dashboard (link).

If you don't trust automatics, yet want to skip entering your payment data every time, then Stripe allows you to save your card for further one-click payments. To do this, press the "Save payment method..." checkbox before completing any payment.

In both cases, the card details will be stored in Stripe payment system in full compliance with state-of-the-art security requirements. This data can be deleted at any time in your dashboard, but if you face any issues, just create a ticket and we will help.

From now on we support more ways to payout your royalties - Paypal, Bitcoin and Tether are now available. Yet in test mode so please make a request via our ticket system to make a payout.
