Setting up the AmneziaVPN App using the WireGuard protocol on MacOS
Secure and fast VPN connection with AmneziaVPN for macOS.
AmneziaVPN is a modern multi-protocol VPN client that supports connecting to servers using various protocols, including WireGuard, Xray, and others.
To connect to a VPN on your macOS device, download AmneziaVPN.
In your personal account, select the desired country and download the configuration file to your device.
Open the AmneziaVPN app and click Let’s get started.
In the window that appears, select File with connection settings and upload the configuration file.
Note
If your ISP blocks the WireGuard protocol, enable obfuscation.
Click Connect to establish the connection.
Once connected, the setup is complete.
Warning
When using the WireGuard protocol, only one active connection is allowed at a time.
After connecting to the VPN, check your IP address using 2IP.
