Why are my websites blocked?
Reasons why we may suspend your service
If you see a page indicating that your websites have been blocked, this may have happened for the following reasons:
- your web hosting or server order was not renewed;
- your service contains content that violates our Terms of Service, and it was not removed upon our request.
How to find out the reason?
- check the tickets in your account (including closed ones).
- if the reason for the block is still unclear, create a ticket for our technical support team.
