How to Change Your Virtual Hosting Plan

If your current tariff plan resources are insufficient, you can switch to another plan automatically.

When upgrading to a new tariff, the system will calculate the difference between the new and old plan costs for the remaining paid days. You will need to pay this difference, while the number of paid days will remain unchanged.

Instructions for Changing Your Tariff

Open the Billing of your order and click Change plan:

Select the desired tariff plan and click the Pay and Upgrade Plan button:

Switching within a single tariff network is performed automatically, without prior coordination with technical support.

Upgrading between versions of a virtual hosting plan is performed upon the client's request through the ticket system. Migration is performed using cPanel Transfer Tools. During the migration, changes to the login, home directory path, and IP address may be required.
