Basic Administration Guidelines

1. Initial OS installation on the server (for VPS, the OS is always installed from the template selected by the client, free of charge).
2. Resetting the administrative/root password for Linux-based VPS and dedicated server orders.
3. Adding additional IP addresses to the server.
4. Configuring backups, including remote backups (if additional space is purchased on our backup server).
5. Installing standard PHP modules and other software.
6. Installing standard software from official repositories.
7. Upgrading the operating system within the same major version and package base.
8. Installing popular PHP modules from the repository.
9. Basic optimization based on project load requirements.
10. Free website migration (up to 10 sites per order).
11. Basic firewall (iptables) configuration with static rules.

Additional Conditions

• Free basic administration is only available for servers with one of the following control panels installed:

  • HestiaCP, BeAdmin for Ubuntu 22.04\24.04.

• Fornex Hosting S.L. reserves the right to deny basic administration services if the server was configured by third-party administrators.

• Support services are available only to customers who do not resell hosting or provide services to third parties.

• Fornex Hosting S.L. provides basic administration without guarantees, strictly on an "as-is" basis.

• Fornex Hosting S.L. reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion without explanation.
