Restriction on domains

There is no limitation if the average load is not more than 50% during the day. Otherwise, we warn the user five working days in advance through the ticket system to reduce the number of domains/subdomains in the current order to an acceptable volume or transfer the order to VPS with the assistance of support engineers.

Errors in mail delivery

For all shared hosting tariffs there is a limit on the number of mail delivery errors of 50%.
If you send 100 mails in an hour and 50 of them return with delivery error, the ability to send mail from your account will be blocked for 60 minutes. The 50% limit starts to work after at least 15 unsuccessful mail deliveries.
