To connect to the VPN service on a Windows device, download the Outline Client program.
!!!It is the Outline Client that needs to be downloaded, not the Outline manager.
Select your VPN connection country in personal account.
Next, open the special link with the configuration file on your device.
Click Add Server and the configuration file will be added to Outline.
Click the "Connect" button to connect to the VPN.
This completes the customization.
After connecting to the VPN, you can check the IP on the 2IP service.
Attention
Please note that VPN orders with dedicated IP do not support this protocol.
