Setting up Outline App on Windows
Instructions on how to configure Outline VPN on Windows
To connect to the VPN service on a Windows device, download the Outline Client program, if the page is not available, the application can be downloaded here.
Note
It is the Outline Client that you need to download, not the Outline manager.
In your personal account, select the country for the VPN connection and open the special configuration file link on your device.
Click Add Server and the configuration file will be added to Outline.
Click the Connect button to connect to the VPN.
This completes the customization.
Warning
When using the Outline protocol, only one active connection is allowed.
After connecting to the VPN, you can check the IP on the 2IP service.
