If the resources of the tariff plan are not enough for you, you can automatically switch to another tariff or customize it.
Switching and customization to a new tariff is done by paying the necessary difference between the price of the new tariff and the old one for the remaining paid days, and the number of days is not reduced.
Virtual Server (VPS)
VPS tariff plan upgrade
In order to upgrade to a new tariff, you need to perform the following actions.
Go to "Billing"(control panel) of your order:
Choose the plan you want and click "Pay and upgrade plan".
After paying the bill for the change of tariff - within 15 minutes you will be transferred to the new tariff.
Warning
Downgrade of tariff plan is performed only on request via ticket system.
VPS plan customization
To customize your order select the required parameters(Number of cores, RAM, Disk) and pay the difference.
Once you pay the bill for the tariff change - within 15 minutes the specs will be upgraded.
Also, the custom tariff plan can be upgraded to the available one in the tariff lineup.
Warning
Downgrading of the tariff plan is performed only upon request via ticket system.

Go to "Billing"(control panel) of your order:
Choose the desired tariff plan and click the "Change tariff" button.

Transition within the unified tariff grid - is performed automatically without prior agreement with our technical support.
Transfer between versions of shared hosting tariffs - is made at the request of the client through a request in the ticket system.
Transfer is performed using cPanel Transfer tools utility. Change of login, home directory path and IP address is possible.
