Create and manage email filters for a given email address. This will be useful if you want to protect yourself from junk mail, redirect mail or forward messages to the program.

To set up a filter, go to "Email → Email Filters"


Click the "Manage Filters" button next to the account whose filter you want to adjust.


This will take you to the filter management page for the selected user.

Click "Create a new filter":


Give the filter a name and assign filtering rules:

  • From - the sender of the e-mail.
  • To - the recipient of the e-mail.
  • Topic - the subject of the e-mail.
  • Message Body - the text of the email.
  • Any header - implies any headers (Cc, Bcc, Return-Path, etc.), etc.:


You can ban messages sent from a particular address or topic.

The "Actions" section contains "scenarios" for how events will unfold if certain rules are discovered:
