Standard technical support on Web Hosting includes:

Transfer of sites and/or projects (files, domains, databases) from another hosting provider, as well as between our services, if a hosting control panel is installed.

Migration of the entire order between host servers within our infrastructure, in particular for a change of location or host server.

Restoring a full copy of an order from a backup on a specific date (if available at the customer or in our system).

Searching for malicious content on an order using

Consultations on

, in particular on:- adding or removing domain(s) in your dashboard or
