List of free-of-charge support options available on Web Hosting

Standard technical support on Web Hosting includes:

  • Transfer of sites and/or projects (files, domains, databases) from another hosting provider, as well as between our services, if a hosting control panel is installed.

  • Migration of the entire order between host servers within our infrastructure, in particular for a change of location or host server.

  • Restoring a full copy of an order from a backup on a specific date (if available at the customer or in our system).

  • Searching for malicious content on an order using ImunifyAV.

  • Consultations on cPanel, in particular on:

    • adding or removing domain(s) in your dashboard or DNS;
    • issuing and installing SSL certificates for domain(s);
    • import, export, create, delete MySQL databases;
    • creation and configuration of mailboxes;
    • setting up email authorization for domain(s) (SPF, DKIM, DMARC);
    • setting up access via FTP, SSH, via cPanel;
    • setting the PHP version and its parameters;
    • setting up the CRON task scheduler;
    • setting permissions on files, directories;
    • installation of popular CMS;
    • changing the site's name (free of charge for 3 domains or incidents);
    • basic analysis with recommendations in case of problems in the work of the site;
    • setting up the caching modules.

  • We have the right to refuse to provide standard technical support if the customization of sites or projects on the hosting order was performed by third-party administrators.
  • We provide technical support only to customers who do not resell our services to third parties.
  • We provide technical support on an "as is" basis without any guarantees.
  • In exceptional cases we may refuse to carry out works with no explanation.

"Works on non-standard voluminous tasks, including those with cPanel, we can perform only on a paid basis of €20/hour during working hours (from 6:00 to 15:00 UTC)."
