Backup on virtual hosting
Information on creating backups on virtual hosting.
On all shared hosting servers We automatically back up all your order data (websites, SSL certificates, mailboxes, databases) every day.
We store 1 daily and 2 monthly backups (from 01 and 15 numbers). Backup system allows shared hosting users to restore files of their sites on their own or use our help via ticket system.
To download a backup copy go to the "Backups” section of your order.
Your site files are in the archive in the homedir folder, the database backups are in the mysql folder.
When you click Request Recovery, a ticket to our support team will be automatically created.
Important!
If your order has been canceled and you want to restore it, please create a ticket in our ticket system, and we will gladly check this possibility and do our best to assist you.
