Click the Start button, enter VPN in the search term and select "Virtual Private Network (VPN) Connection Setup ".

Enter "Internet address " that is listed in our billing section under "Orders ". This address is the "VPN Server " to which the connection will be made.

In the "Destination name " field, enter any name for the connection, for example FornexVPN. Also select the "Don't connect now " flag, as shown on the screenshot.

Enter the username and password that are listed in our billing.

At this point you will be prompted to connect, but the settings are not yet complete, so click "Close".

The next step is to change the settings of our created connection to work over L2TP/IPsec
To do this, click "Start " and in the search line type "Control Center " and run "Network and Sharing Center ".

Click "Connect to network "

Right-click on the created VPN connection and select "Properties "

In the "Security " tab, select VPN Type - "L2TP IPsec VPN " and click the "Advanced Settings " button.

Select "Use pre-shared key for authentication " and enter FornexVPN in the Key field.

Now you can connect to the VPN.

Note: when using L2TP/IPSEC you cannot establish more than one connection.


In case an error occurs: Can't connect to FornexVPN

In the VPN connection settings, specify its ip address instead of the server name vpn####.fornex.org, and run the program as an administrator.
