An enabled autoresponder sends a reply to all users who have emailed you

To add an autoresponder, go to "Email → Autoresponders "

In "Manage " select the domain

Autoresponder Setup:

  • Configure the email encoding, the recommended value is utf-8.
  • Specify the response interval.
  • Specify the email account from which the reply will be sent.
  • Configure the message:

Note that you can use your own value for the "From" and "Subject" fields, or you can substitute inbox values using tags:

  • %subject% - subject of message sent to autoresponder.
  • %from% - the sender name of a message received by an auto-responder, if available.
  • %email% - address of the sender of incoming messages.
